By creating an account on the Quiosque25 platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Quiosque25 is a revenue-sharing platform that allows content creators to earn money by using music from our catalog in their Instagram Reels. The amount earned is based on the views of Reels that use the tracks.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must provide truthful information when registering.
  • Each person may have only one account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Instagram verification is required for your Reels to be tracked.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

  • Amounts are calculated based on the views of Reels that use catalog tracks.
  • There is a minimum amount to request withdrawals, set by the platform.
  • Payments are processed within 48 business hours after approval.
  • Quiosque25 reserves the right to adjust the per-view compensation rates.
  • Fraudulent activities (artificial views, bots, etc.) will result in account cancellation and loss of earnings.

5. Music Usage

  • Catalog tracks are licensed exclusively for use in Instagram Reels through the platform.
  • You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the tracks.
  • Using the music does not grant copyright to the creator.

6. Privacy and Data

  • We collect: email, Instagram username, payment data, and view statistics.
  • Your data is used exclusively for platform operation and payment processing.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We use encryption to protect your payment data.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Account Termination

Quiosque25 may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity. Pending amounts will be processed before termination, except in cases of fraud.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quiosque25 does not guarantee minimum earnings. Amounts depend on actual Reel views. The platform is not responsible for changes in Instagram policies that may affect the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. You will be notified by email about significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
